VIN checks are performed on Tuesdays from  9:00 am until 1:00 pm. 
 
VIN checks are required on all vehicles from 2001 or newer. The fee is $10 for Warren residents and $20 for all others. Your vehicle must be brought to the Warren Police Dept. You will also need the vehicle title.

The Warren Police Dept. offers Special Detail officers for private venues and for contruction work being completed in town.

The Warren Police Dept is authorized to issue permits to carry a concealed firearm in accordance with RIGL 11-47-11. All inquiries shall be made to Deputy Chief Roy Borges or Chief Peter Achilli at 401-245-1311 or by email using the links below.
To obtain Public Records from the Warren Police you must submit a Public Records Request Form.  You can pick the form up at Warren Police headquarters or you can obtain the form by using the link below.
There is a a fee of fiffteen cents per page.
